“Where Rainbows Meet” operates in Vrygrond, a squatter camp which was established in the early 1900’s in Cape Town, South Africa. It is the oldest informal settlement in the Western Cape, situated near the seaside of Muizenberg, about 20 km from Central Cape Town.

“Where Rainbows Meet – Training & Development Foundation” responds to the needs of the high number of abused children,” at risk” youth and the unemployed population in Vrygrond.The Organisation focuses on providing development and empowerment programs for children. youth and adults

A grant of R 50 000 from Iqraa Trust enabled “Where Rainbows Meet” to acquire computers for its training facility which is committed to improving the educational level of unemployed adults in the Community.

Assisting Students Financially by Providing Interest Free Loans and Bursaries
